The INFINITE project made a strong impact at two leading conferences in Italy during June. From June 25 to 28, researchers from UPV/EHU showcased their work at the 10th International Conference on Antennas and Electromagnetic Systems in Rome. Arcady Zhukov presented research on integrating ferromagnetic microwires into carbon fiber composites for microwave sensing, highlighting the project’s innovative approach to enhancing material properties.
Additionally, from June 30 to July 5, INFINITE was represented at the 22nd International Conference on Magnetism (ICM2024) in Bologna, the world’s largest magnetism conference. Zhukov presented findings on controlling single domain wall propagation in magnetic microwires, contributing to the development of more efficient magnetic materials for aerospace applications. These presentations underscored the significant strides made by the INFINITE project in both the fields of material science and industrial applications.
